Roshnee is an executive coach and trainer based in Malaysia with clients across South East Asia and South Asia. She has nearly three decades of career experience in both stable and VUCA environments. She is the strategic partner with PMCC Malaysia and co-founder and director of The Conscious Exchange Sri Lanka, both boutique consulting firms that focus on executive coaching, team and group coaching, leadership facilitation, writing and research-based programs. Her work is skewed towards a deep focus on leadership development and communication with a perspective from the Asian lens.
Roshnee is a Certified Master Coach (ICF)and an Ontological Coach (Newfield), a Certified DISC Behavioral Analyst, and a Certified Train-the-Trainer (HRD CORP Malaysia).
She delivers impactful training programs and provides executive coaching to clients with portfolios of up to USD 1 billion. Her mission is to help individuals and organizations achieve their full potential while fostering positive change and Collective Consciousness. Aligned with her commitment to Collective Consciousness she currently serves as a mentor for Project Girls 4 Girls (Malaysia), a Harvard Kennedy School-born program focusing on the development of young women to take on leadership roles in organizations, entrepreneurship, development, government, and agency of self.

She has partnered with major organisations in her home country as well as globally with portfolios in excess of US$ 750 million, delivering strategic communication and leadership development solutions that lead to measurable Outcomes.
Her commitment extends beyond corporate environments to fostering women’s empowerment, youth development, and sustainable social enterprises. Through her leadership at The Conscious Exchange, she has championed innovative models like “Building Bridges”, to empower youth to be employable and uplift their lives to be responsible contributors to socio-economic development. Farzana J. Khan is a dynamic professional with over 25 years of global experience in senior roles across diverse sectors, including the private sector, UN services, manufacturing, IT, advertising, and banking.
She has consistently delivered impactful results in marketing, communications, sustainable development, and strategic growth while leading high-impact projects and fostering cross-sector partnerships. Notable achievements in her career include Head of Marketing for Holcim, where her efforts won a SLIM award for “Turnaround Brand of the Year,” and launching Dunhill as the most premium brand in Sri Lanka during her tenure with the Ceylon Tobacco Company.
Farzana has made significant contributions to social service and women empowerment, co-founding “The Conscious Exchange,” an organization focused on business growth, cultural transformation, and empowering individuals. Her commitment to women empowerment and social advocacy is further reflected in her roles with organizations like Emerge Lanka and as President of the Rotary Club of Colombo Regency, where she spearheaded impactful community service projects.
In her role at UNICEF, Farzana was instrumental in developing the Country Programme for Sri Lanka, signing the first private sector partnership for UNICEF Sri Lanka, and winning an EFFIE award for a successful immunization campaign. She has also served as a consultant for the World Food Programme, where she established the Scaling Up Nutrition Business Network and developed a national social behavior change campaign for nutrition.
